All Cashless refunds have now have been processed.

All SB18 customers should now have received their Cashless Refunds for 2018. If this is not the case, please get in touch with customer services who will look into your account immediately! Please read below for the two-part verification process

PART 1: AUTOMATIC REFUNDS:

This email was sent out in late April to confirm Part 1 of your refund payment has been made towards settling your Snowbombing Cashless account. Please note the payment may take up to 7 days to show on your account. 

THE REFUND PROCESS EXPLAINED

 
Part 1: If you topped up online, we are able to automatically refund up to that amount back on to your card. This Part 1 refund payment has now been processed and the transaction detailed below.
 
Part 2: If you topped up by card or cash in resort and/or your refund hasn't been fully settled during the Part 1 payment, you should have submitted a refund application form detailing your bank account and sort code. The deadline for submission was (23:59 CET) Monday 30th April 2018. The refund for this section has now been processed and should have been received on or around 14th May 2018.

If you did not submit a refund application form by the deadline date of Monday 30th April 2018, the balance will not be eligible for a refund. 

PLEASE NOTE: following the processing of Part 1 and Part 2, should you have a balance left on your account, this is the 'bonus bucks', or other complimentary money amount left unspent on your account. Bonus Bucks / complimentary money are non-refundable and therefore this remaining positive balance is NOT due to be paid over to you.
